Streaming of filmed performances of theatre productions on stage.
While National Theatre Live is usually an enjoyment for everyone around the world at the cinema, watching live performances filmed on the stages of London, it is currently possible to enjoy some of them at home. Here's the current program:

My personal favourite of those four scheduled releases is definitely Jane Eyre, see trailer below. I've never seen it on stage, only in numerous adaptations, so this should be interesting.
The best production ever made so far was of course Hamlet, not only the entire production but also experiencing it on screen in the cinema, with great close-ups which bring you much closer to that characters. Never before has Hamlet been more touching and understandable, not even in any of the countless film adaptations. This is not on the programme to be screened for free, but they are still showing encore screenings of it in some cinemas every year. It's worth it!
